Join us for a nourishing 2 hour workshop exploring the deep connection between yoga and ayurveda. This class is inspired from Yoga and Ayurveda by Dr. David Frawley. Reading is not a requirement, but is a great way to get a head start!
We'll begin with a discussion on Ayurvedic principles- including the doshas and the qualities of your mind- and how they relate to your yoga practice and daily life. Then, we'll move into a grounding and revitalizing yoga sequence designed to balance body, breath, and mind.
