Our Yoga Classes

  • Hot Vinyasa

    A medium/fast paced vinyasa style class. It will be completely custom. The goal of this class is to bring you into the meditative state through semi-continuous movement. There will be breath to movement flows that build into a peak pose, followed by a cooldown. Everyone can take this class regardless of skill level. Our instructors will guide you and make sure you have a great time! Practice is 1 hour long and room is heated to 105.

    Intensity: 6-8

  • Warm Vinyasa

    A great class for those starting out. It is a completely custom class, with lots of cues and teaching. All while bringing you through beginning/intermediate breath to movement flows. Room is heated to 95 and class is 1 hour long.

    Intensity: 4-6

  • FoxHot

    Our signature class. This practice is a fast paced vinyasa, moving breath to movement, in order to realize 100% of your body’s potential. The core of the class will remain the same, with our instructors customizing the beginning and cooldown. This practice is 1 hour long, with the room heated to 105.

  • Restorative

    This is our Yin class. Passive poses that are held for a long time. This practice is meant to be calming, relaxing, and restoring to the body/mind. Class is 1 hour long, except for lunch which is 45min, and room is unheated.

  • Power Vinyasa

    This is our most intense practice. It is designed to build the fires of change and build resolve. This is a fast-paced vinyasa class and is completely designed by the teacher. It consists of constant movement, intermediate/challenging poses, and high heart rates. Everyone is welcome, our highly skilled teachers will be able to help with modifications or anything you might need. Room is heated to 105 and class is 1 hour long except for lunch, which will be 45.

  • Relaxed Yoga

    This is a relaxed form of yoga. We will start off with lots of calming breathing followed by relaxing poses. Then move into some calming/relaxing flows. This class is 1 hour long and will have you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

  • Breath

    This is a 45min Breathwork class. You will sit or lie down and be guided through meditative, relaxing, or sleeping breathing exercises. This is a great way to end the night. Our instructor is Wim Hof Lvl 1, Art of Breath, and has been teaching breathwork with clients for over 6 years.
